Hi! I’mHannah Lumpkin, and if there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I truly love helping people.
I started working in customer service at just 15 years old, and even then, I knew I wanted a career centered around people. I just didn’t know that path would eventually lead me to real estate — and I’m so thankful it did!
Becoming a REALTOR® has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. It has given me the opportunity to build a career I genuinely love while still being present for the people who matter most to me.
Outside of real estate,family is everything to me!I’ve been married to my husband, Philip, for almost 10 years, and together we have three beautiful children — plus our cute cat, Max. We love spending time together, whether it’s family movie nights at home, going on little adventures, traveling and making memories on vacations, trying new places, or just enjoying the everyday moments together. Life can be busy and a little chaotic with a family of five, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
When it comes to my career, I’m passionate aboutpeople, learning, growing, and always finding ways to be better at what I do.To me, being a REALTOR® is so much more than opening doors or putting a sign in a yard. I want my clients to truly understand the process — the documents, the negotiations, inspections, lending, title, timelines, and all the little details that come with buying or selling a home. My goal is for you to feel informed, confident, and taken care of from beginning to end.
I’m a problem solver, a go-getter, and someone who loves to think outside the box. Real estate rarely looks exactly the same from one transaction to the next, and that’s part of why I love it! I enjoy getting creative, finding solutions, continuing to learn, and figuring out how to make things happen for my clients.
Most importantly,Southeast Texas is home.I love our community and the people who make it what it is. Being able to build my business here, raise my family here, and help other families find their place here is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
